DJ Kelli has worked corporate events ranging from small team gatherings to large company-wide holiday parties. The common thread is reading the room accurately and adjusting without drawing attention to the adjustment. Dale handles the pre-event logistics; DJ Kelli handles the day-of execution.

 PROCESS

Dale manages pre-event planning from the first inquiry through the final details. For corporate clients, that typically includes coordinating with an internal events team, a venue contact, or both. A detailed event timeline is built before the day so DJ Kelli has clear cues for every transition.

Understanding the group matters. The demographic spread, company culture, and what the event is intended to accomplish all shape the music and pacing. A high-energy year-end party for a sales team sounds different from an all-hands gathering that needs to stay inclusive across a wide range of backgrounds and tastes.

Share your run of show, speaker list, venue requirements, company culture, brand guidelines, and clean-version preferences. Dale coordinates with your internal event lead and venue before the event so every cue, microphone handoff, and transition is clear.

ADAPTING TO

Corporate crowds vary more than almost any other event type. Some groups are ready to dance within the first hour. Others warm up slowly, and pushing too hard too early can work against the event. DJ Kelli reads cues from the room and adjusts pace and genre accordingly rather than working from a locked playlist.
