PRE-EVENT PLANNING FOR EVERY MOVING PART

Dale handles planning from the initial inquiry through the final details. Together we identify which announcements need translation, who will serve as the bilingual MC, and where traditions, games, karaoke, or performances fit within the timeline.

VIBO PLANNING APP

Music selections, special cues, do-not-play songs, pronunciation notes, and the reception timeline are documented in Vibo. Couples can also browse sample playlists and music genres for inspiration.

Not every reception needs nonstop dancing. Karaoke, games, family performances, and a special song from one partner to the other give guests additional ways to participate. Those moments are placed within the timeline so the evening stays connected and intentional.
